Question about KISS mode transmissions
When using the new "Broadcast" feature, are we able to rx partial decodes? So far, all my reception of these transmissions has been 100% copy. I hope we are able to capture partial decodes, too.

No. Like Packet, Like APRS. Full decode or none. VARA as a CRC error even in AX25 packets.
