VarAC Image Reception Test

The fIle transfer feature seems to work flawlessly when testing off-air from PC-to-PC under Windows 10/64. Image files appear within the app window which is very cool.

Hi guys. As VarAC is configured to send out ASCII data. therefor the binary format is converted to BASE64 which makes the file a larger by ~20-25%.
I will try to see how I can minimize this and report back.
