VarAC flagged by Cortex XDR Antivirus
Hi, I am trying to install VarAC on a laptop that has Cortex XDR installed. When I attempt to run the installer, it is flagged by the antivirus as a suspicious executable. I do not have privileges to add an exception to the antivirus. Any thoughts?

It's possible that certain Basic/Free AntiVirus software might flag VarAC installer as a threat, but this is a false positive.
Several AntiVirus companies provide the option to submit files for review, so don't hesitate to take advantage of this. They may then update their signature files accordingly.
