Can't get PTT and rig control running at same time on IC-718
I can get rig control working through FLRig, and can get PTT working with VARAC config'd as DTR/RTS, but I can't get both working at the same time.
If I try to set up PTT using FLRig, it either doesn't work at all, or if I set either RTS/DTS or RTS+12 to on, then it keys TX, and doesn't shut off.
I'm very familiar with FT-8 and JS8-Call, and have both running on my IC-718 rig. But both of those run CAT through HRD, and I see from chats that they are dragging their feet making an interface possible.
Known solution?

Yes. I would recommend using a COM PORT emulator such as VSPE (https://eterlogic.com/Products.VSPE.html)
It creates a virtual com port (Like COM100) that can be connected by multiple devices and aggregate their communication toward your rig. So multiple softwares can connect your RTS/DTR Com port.
