Feature requests

For anyone with the new spiffy 7300MK2 I edited the 7300's CAT Commands to work with the 7300MK2. Just had to change the CIV address in the various commands. The 7300's address is 94, the MK2's is B6. For your convivence I have it pasted below. Just add to to your VARAC_cat_commands CONFIG file. I added it just below the IC-7300's entry.
