Option to disable send beacon ( if engaged) on band changes

Scenario: If using a amp with a QRP rig at times when switching bands if you previously had the send beacon engaged and time was getting close to send a beacon, it will send it on band change as well : This can be bad for those of us using amps and manual tuners as it doesn't stop the beacon from sending if the time was close ( before you get a chance to retune an amp and or antenna.

Having an option to disable Beacons on band change would be a safety feature allowing users to retune equipment before sending a beacon.
