Can't change settings
V 9.2.3, Windows 11. When clicking Settings>Rig Control I get a message window "Changing settings is not allowed. You can't change settings while connected, connection in progress, calling CQ, sending a beacon or broadcasting"
I'm doing none of the above.
Something is not right with this program as of today. Along with the above, when BROADCAST message is sent it will not transmit/key radio and an error message appears in the VarAC.log.
These issues are not due to any settings I have in VarAC. I've changed nothing since v9.2.3 was installed weeks ago.
My hunch is that a Windows 11 update upset VarAC.

I would need to see a screenshot... it could be that a beacon was fired?
If you can send a video using your phone or something I'll be able to analyze.
Many work with Win11 so not sure it is related but who knows.
I'm sorry pal - but I will need more info to try and understand what is going on with your VarAC
