QSO Ended But App Got Confused/Locked
I was operating on 10M. The CAT control file appears to be working properly and I have had several successful contacts. In this instance I made a contact. Exchanged a few messages and then did a disconnect. The disconnect completed. But VarAC stayed on the same slot/freq, the beacon showed paused, and the DISCONNECT and ABORT were grayed out. No way to force VarAC to believe the session was finished and go back to calling freq. I had to close the app and restart to get normal function restored.
The rig is Icom 7760, VarAC 13.0.1. Windows 11 25H2.

When a QSO ends you have a popup suggesetion to stay on the Slot or QSY back.
It is possible you made an un-delibereate choise there.
The fact that the DISCONNECT and ABORT were grayed out is because you were disconnected and the QSO ended.
You could simply re-select the calling frequenct from the dropdown list instead of restarting VarAC.
On your next QSO, pay attatnion to the QSY popup in the end of it and LMK is you need any additional help
