Vara is disconnecting
The problem started after I was upgraded windows 7 to Windows 10, the problem is the following, when a signal from a station is received VARA disconnects. is there any solution. Thank you

This is where your issue is:
Missing table. Donno the reason though.
Do a fresh start and send me the log file for inspection.
You can solve this by re-installing VarAC but you will loose your history.
if you want to recover this, you can send me your VarAC.db file and I'll fix it.
