VarAC - HF discussion forum

New user with VarAC v5.3.1 and VARA HF v4.6.3. Windows 7 Pro 64 workstation, IC-7300 (CAT control).

App works great - but loads in a wierd fashion. The VARA HF modem window comes up, then disappears, then comes up again, then disappears, then comes up a third time and the VarAC windows opens.

Everything works well from that point on.

VARA.exe is in the C:\VARA folder, and VarAC is in the C:\VarAC folder.

I use VARA HF regularly with Winlink and have done so since VARA Day 1 with great success. VarAC has not been in my wheelhouse until now. I did use Vara Chat for a bit, but abandoned it in favor of JS8Call ... way - back - when.

Any ideas/suggestions?
