Had a session idle time out and disconnect with a station while we were both continuing to keyboard. Anyone: what might cause that?

Had a session idle time out and disconnect with a station while we were both continuing to keyboard. Anyone: what might cause that?
It does look like (from the transcript) you were idle for about 3 minutes. Make sure you set this parameter correctly (default is 5 minutes)
