The lady is talking :) (FT-991A)
Hello there everyone.
So i got varAC up and running, looks really nice.
Tho i have come to hear that when i call CQ i can here that lady talking on the frq, saying my CQ call and its not from the program, but on the frq it self, like when a VHF repeater calls out its call sign.
Is that normal, or am i messing it up for everyone..? If so id like to fix it, so i dont coz problems.

I still think it's more important to prevent new users from accidentally doing things that cause trouble for other users (and themselves) - perhaps have a screenshot showing how to enable the voice notifications on a screen that the users have to interact with, like where we enter our names and callsigns. I also happen to detest all notification and non-content noise from computers and mobiles, and disable any of it as soon as I discover them, so my idea of ideal experience is probably different from a lot of users' š
