Add TCI Rig Control
Add TCI (Transceiver Control Interface) for EESDR (Expert Electronics) SDR rigs
TCI allows frequency control, RX/TX via either of the two available Receivers/Transmitters
TCI is faster for obtaining Rig Data and PTT control for EESDR rigs
Be nice if VaraHF supported the TCI audio paths as which I will suggest to Jose,
