Notify when off frequency and offer to return to the calling frequency
Issue
I monitor multiple VarAC frequencies simultaneously (using Square SDR or Hermes Lite 2 SDR).
Occasionally, after many hours, I notice VarAC was slightly off frequency on one of the bands (e.g. 10,134 instead of 10,133). Also, I have seen VarAC get confused after a QSY, and not return to the calling frequency. This means any calls will be missed!
Suggestion
Optional in your face notification when off the calling frequency and not connected to another station. For example, a big red frame around the VarAC window - and/or turn the title bar RED.
Optional reminder to return to the calling frequency.
Optionally, return to the calling frequency automatically.
To make it optional - could be a checkbox or a dropdown list, on the main screen, for clear and easy control of this feature.
Could call it Auto-Return to Calling Frequency / Warn if off Calling Frequency
