Is it possible to send a trigger to a computer port when a new vmail arrived in the post office box in our relais station so that I can activate Home Assistant to do something with it? For example a bell or led light. My Varac is standby 24/7 so…..
And I send a beacon every 10 minutes so I’m noticed when there is email for me. PA0LDE

Nice use case :) yet - getting a signal when u have a new VMail is not a good solution as you can miss that or your monitoring system may be down temporarily. The best reliable solution is for you to write a small code that periodocally scan the VarAC DB and see if there is un read email. This will be consistent and will sustain also downtime on the service.
