Time format in Alert center
I'd like to request making the Alert time column in Alert center display in 24-hour format rather than 12-hour AM/PM. When I see AM and PM I initally assume it's local time and would prefer seeing Zulu times shown as 24-hour military time as it is everywhere else in VarAC. Thanks!
