Is it possible to change the way you get the latest version. Existing users of VarAC are already familiar with name, callsign and email. However, you have to enter your details again with every new update.

Of course you have to do this with new users of VarAC for the first time, they have to register for download the program from the site.

After that it is no longer necessary (we are known then) and can have the update done from the VarAC program. Simply with a notification that there is a newer version, and click this button for the update. Or post this under About: Check for new version and update. In that way it's enough to update only the necessary files eg only the .exe, or if necessary including other files and extract them to the correct location. Let the update also handle Close and reopen VarAC and your up and running again with the new version.
