Feature requests

So this request is something that FSQCall was able to do and I am wondering if VarAC could so this as well.

• "File List Command" This would allow a remote station to request a list of "files available for transfer" from another station regardless of whether the station is attended or not.

• "File Transfer" After receiving the above mentioned file list, the remote station could request a transfer of one of the files in the list. The other station would transfer the file regardless of whether the station was attended or not .
