Broadcast use FEC and ARQ
Is it possible in a future release to skip KISS/AX25 and replace it with something else for Broadcast so that the Vara possibility to use FEC and ARQ can be utilized. We are using VarAC HF for EMCOMM but are frequently missing someone's reports probably because it can not be interpreated by VarAC/Vara. This could also make it possible to have somewhat longer text-messages.

If the message is not delivered to all the desired stations, then the solution is to get a closer station to relay the message to the station who has difficulty hearing you and who did not get the message.
