Maybe there is a previous request referable to the same topic? Sorry but I couldn't find anything about it. My request is simple ... it could be made sure that if someone is staying for a long time in another country, example Italy and he is American, could it be expected to carry out CQ or launch a beacon by putting the prefix of where he stays?
