Advertise VarAC cluster status
It would be very helpful to see upfront when a station is a functioning mutiband / crossband cluster that hears stations on the other bands.
Advertise it in the beacons.
Advertise it after connecting. Should wait till after QSY - if applicable.
List the connected and working bands available.
Give a hint that you can use <LHR> to see the stations he hears.
Optionally, suppress or change the symbol when no crossband stations are recently heard.
