VaraAC slots and IARU Beacons.
Not a bug really but maybe worth looking into it.
On 17m Slot 12, 18.108.500 the center of the VARA signal will be on 18.110.000 wich is IARU Beacon QRG.
On 17m Slot 2, 18.105.500 the center of the VARA signal will be on 18.107.000 on wich a very strong TTY or Two Tone CW signal at regular intervals.
On 12m Slot 12, 24.928.500 the center of the VARA signal will be on 24.930.000 wich is IARU Beacon QRG.
I would like to hear if I'm wrong.

I had earlier alerted Irad to the same issue with the IBP beacons.
For what it is worth, it is true about Winlink (RMS) but it does not mean VarAC should follow their ignorant lead or precedent.
The IBP NCDXF beacon frequencies (https://www.ncdxf.org/beacon/) should be kept clear, so that they can be used to check/study propagation.
VarAC uses a fixed frequency slot pattern and therefore on some bands a clash with NCDXF beacons is pre-programmed. I think we can and should do better than that. There is enough violence and insolence in the world. Let's be reasonable and act with prudence.
