beacon announcing digital voice over air
I was told my beacon announced digital voice over air and it is a sound card issue. Can anyone help with this or lead me to the right post.

I'm late to this problem. It resides in "Sound Mixer Options." This is where Windoz routes sounds from your various apps running on the PC. Check the settings for VarAC and make sure it is pointing to default or your desired speaker, not the radio. I had this problem vex me for 6 months until I figured it out.
