This is a partial repost from the FB group, but last night I couldn't use VarAC on 14.105 due to digital QRM. The bursts were somewhat long, and on FB it was suggested that was HF packet. Moreover, the reply indicated a long standing HF packet net/group on 14.105 LSB: https://www.qsl.net/kb9pvh/105.html My questions are 1) if the packet net is on frequency and LSB, will VarAC work on USB on the calling frequency (suspect yes)? 2) but a QSY to a lower frequency/channel will potentially collided with the packet net? TIA! 73 de ke5c op john

I looked in the manual and watched YouTube, but maybe I missed this. What are A & B versus C & D? C & D don't seem to change during a QSO - was the band that stable? Is is correct that an SNR or -10 is the minimum for a reasonable path? TIA! 73 de ke5c op john

Hello and thanks for the great software. I am sending my log to N1MM+ contest/logging program. Most of the logged QSOs generate this N1MM+ error. About 50% of those QSOs actually still get logged, but the 50% doesn't. I'll send to N1MM+ bug reporting since I'm not sure where the fix needs to be. The attached shows the N1MM+ error window overlayed by the N1MM+ log window. You can see this QSO was actually logged.

I know a little about eye patterns for analyzing the quality of digital communications, but what does the scope in the upper right portion of the HF window indicate? What do each of these four patterns mean? What does the blue line mean? Why is the pattern white in panel D? I haven't found (or missed?) an explanation in the ON2AD manual and a Google search. TIA!
