6m PSKReporter not self-reporting when using VARA HF

in Bug reports

Perhaps I'm doing something wrong but when using VARA HF on 6m, there seems to never be any PSKReporter self-report.

Not a bug, but I wish more ops would use 6m. It is a fun band. VARA FM might also be fun to try.

I observed the same issue.

The self-report does not appear to be reflected on PSKReporter when operating on 6m. VarAC seems to have logged the self-report correctly, just as it does on other bands, so this might be an issue on the PSKReporter side—but I can't say for sure.

not a bug. a feature. PSKReporter does not allow to send reports of the same station in a short period of time. it disregard the last one. you need enough time between the 2 reports for the last one to reflect. 73,.

Yes, it won't self-report on 50.330. It will self-report off 50.330 like on 50.3345 . I could be monitoring the the call frequency 50.330 for days & no one would know I was there. I hope to work you one day, Edfel.

Hi Michael:

Observed same but noticed the PSK report freq after changing. For example, I am also very interested in 6M FM for EMCOMM and setup 50.345. When I change to 50.330 for example PSK Reporter shows the previous freq. Not sure if it is a bug or is the way VarAC send the info.
