VarAC window does not return to last screen location

I have 2 monitors, and I prefer VarAC and the VARA HF window on the left screen (secondary screen). So that's where I have it. But when I close the App and reopen it, the VARA HF window obligingly opens on the Left monitor as trained, but the recalcitrant VarAC app insists on opening in the default position on the right screen.

I believe this should be a simple fix ... please ?? All other apps (and I have hundreds) perform correctly on this score.
