I have installed VarAC for the first time on a new Win 11 Pro machine. Upon starting the application I get the following messagebox which just sits and spins forever...
Note how no information is ever displayed. Thank you, MS.
Has anyone else ever experienced this? I have VarAC installed and running fine on multiple Win 10 Pro machines and have never seen it before. I am assuming it has something to do with Win 11. Thinking that my .NET environment somehow was corrupt I tried to install .NET 4.8. Oops! That won't work - Win 11 embeds .NET and will not allow a second installation. This is what Win 11 reports...
Irad tells me that many other users are using VarAC on Win 11 with no issues. If you are one of these lucky people did you have to doing anything out of the ordinary installation process to get success?
Any help will be abundantly appreciated,
Charlie

I had the same .net issue when installing VarAC on my Windows 11 Pro laptop. Somehow the installation ended up in "program files" with the usual access restrictions. I created a folder under C:\, installed it to C:\varac and it works fine.
Running Win 11 Pro Insider Preview and never had an issue with VarAC or VARA
Win 11 Pro here and not a single issue.
