Has been going on for many VarAC versions.

Win10x64 up to date
i7/SSD/16GB RAM
Machine is a nice Dell but for some reason VarAC often goes "not responding" and recovers. Once in awhile it does not.
I am just not clear on what the prob is maybe some sort of Windows cfg or something but no other app has this behavior. WSJTX, many browsers, RMSExpress, JS8Call, etc. Everything runs fine. Any suggestions appreciated.
As I see a PSK reporting event after the connecting KK6QMS part, try disable PSK reporting under settings and see if it persist. at least we try to isolate the issue.

Check the VARA meter for available resources (especially CPU) when that happens.
Send us a screenshot of that not RESPONDING on VarAC along wit the VARA meters.
Also can you send a VarAC.log file after the recovery from such event so we might have some hints there
