VarAC has a narration feature. And your default audio PC is redirected to the same one VARA uses. so you are actually transmitting on air the narration which means everyone can hear that.
Change your defauly audio of yoru PC to your spearkers and not SDR.
It seems to appear sometimes also in Broadcasts. Not always.
