I am new to anything digital, so I don't have a clue. I have Windows 10, a Signalink, TS-570 Kenwood radio. I can send and receive Varac, but no frequency control. Is this set up able to do frequency control? I tried CAT and Omni-rig, and none. There is no difference between them. There is something called Active Management Technology on Port 3 and I get an error saying port 3 is in use. Sorry for the no brainer questions, but that is where I am. Any help will be appreciated.

I have no idea. I am not sure how to find out, but when I select Ports in the Devise Manager, only port 3 shows up. I assume there must be another place to find it. I'll try to figure that out.
What is the COM port of your 570? "Active Management Technology" is a Intel remote port built into your PC, so do not use that, you must use the port assigned to your radio. Providing screenshots would be ever so helpful.
