I have two rigs and computers going in my shack and I am up and running on my Icom IC-7300. I simply set it up much like WSJT-X in the settings and no problems.
However, with my IC-7610, I am having problems. Although I used the same settings as WSJT-X, I have no power out.
The CAT control seems to work fine, for the most part. I run split with WSJT-X and have COM 3 and COM 4. If I have it set to COM 3, it keys up the radio until I click, "Settings > My Information" and as soon as I do that, it unkeys. Weird, but if I change it to COM 4, it does not behave that way, although the PTT test works.
So, bottom line, no power output on the IC-7610.
Any help is greatly appreciated. I just bought the software and I am anxious to get started!
Also, the soundcard test keys the radio but no power out, and it won't unkey the radi.

It's using USB-D2.
The setting was not USB, so I changed it.
Now, I appear to have power output (YEAH!).
Maybe that was all there was to it.
I'll see what I can do and report any further problems.
