omnirig class error

I run omni rig for my ft 710 and ic7000 (rigs 1 and 2 respectively), wsjtx, fldigi and anything else that works with omni rig is working fine.

in fact i usually have log4om and wsjtx running both connected to omnirig so that if i wanna do phone i dont have to mess around changing cat stuff around.

just installed varac and set to omnirig for cat and PTT control, but i keep getting this error and the ptt test and frequency stuff isnt working. Any help appreciated.
