OK, well that was the first step. Follow Irad's instructions to enter a Debug mode.
Please turn on the "VARA command log" cehckbox on under the settings-> VARA and Save.
Close VarAC and Start again.
paste the VarAC_vara_commands.log content here for inspection
It is actually VARA HF that tells VarAC if it is registered. Make sure your ports and paths are all correct.
