ICOM IC-9100. Unable to transmit.

I just installed VarAC and VARA-HF. It is all working fine except for transmit output.

CAT is working fine and I am receiving fine. The only problem is that I key the transmitter and

am not getting any audio out. I've gone through all of my speaker settings that are available to me

and still nothing to the transmit side. My audio settings work fine on WSJT-X.

Any ideas would be most appreciated.
