This does not make sense. If there is no history, this message should not appear in the Datastream.

For the sake of consistency - Some sort of message should appear to allow the user to know there was an attempt to look for old chats and that it is not an error. So have decided to present a "------ NO PREVIOUS CHATS WITH {{connected_to_callsign}} ------" in that case.
