I have noticed if I leave the system unattended for a period of time and the screen saver is initiated, the announcement audio will switch to USB sound card in my IC-7300 and transmit the announcements. I have noticed announcements on other stations transmissions, I wonder if this is from the same problem

I have a suggestion, is it a reasonable idea to have a ring button that will cause a telephone style ring for say 1 minuet if you are trying to contact a friend who is away from their computer or system. Sometimes I am waiting for a friend to make contact, go away from the computer only to find you missed your friend when he or she came on air. If we could make a call which will alert the remote operator that rings so you can hear it from another room. I think this would be a nice feature Cheers Paul VK2EX😎
