I am including teo screen shots. One of schedule and the other main screen. Turned on Frequency Scheduler but nothing hapens. What am I missing. Details please.

Freq schedule works like this.
every time the exact hour you want has arrived - it will jump to that freq.
have you waited for any of the fiven hours ? I cant see the exact time you have but it is showing 21:XX now and none of the frequenies on your list ist even starting with 21
