No UI at startup on Windows 11 Pro

This is the only post, relating to Win 11, that I could find. VarAC was a 5 min install on my Win 7 machine, with my IC7100 but, for the life of me, I can't get CAT working on my new Win 11 desktop. Does anyone have any thoughts? Thanks, Mike
