I have been trying to get varac to work with a Flex Radio 8400 on Windows 11. vara HF appears to be working. The waterfall flows. The CAT features work. It changes the band/freq of the radio etc. The “test” buttons work in the setup windows. When I click the “Send Beacons” button, the radio does not transmit and no errors are generated. Here are some screen shots of my settings. What am I doing wrong ?
You have a few things not right and conflicting for starters. The Flex works very well with VarAC. I would high recommend using TCP CAT vs virtual COM ports. For starters which Slice would you like to use (you can use them all but lets start simple).
