I'm able to run one instance on VHF and one on HF at the same time ... is it possible to use the same message database with both? So that someone could leave a message using VHF and someone on HF could pick it up from the mailbox ...

Is there anywhere I can find what each of the various sounds mean? I get confused as to what sound goes with what activity in the software. Would be very helpful.
