Thank you both for your suggestions. I did not know what SOON meant. I knew my configuration was good as I use it for WSJT-X and Winlink. After a couple of restarts of the app this morning VarAC started sending. I have no idea what went wrong but I cam currently beaconing every 30 min on 20m with 50W through a Random Wire End Fed.
