I cannot find any way to wrap the text in the light blue parts for 'Broadcast message' and 'Datastream message'. This means that a recipient might miss the last part of a text since it will be hidden to the right, depending on how wide the VarAC window is adjusted. If wrapping the text to be shown completely on more rows depending on how wide you set the main window is not possible to invoke, I would very much like to have that possibility in the future. Hello, I wish to use VarAC on HF with an Icom IC-728. This is possible by using OmniRig. However I want to use the CAT-commands. I took the command set for IC-707 and changed the HEX-code from 3E to 38 on all places. When I try it out it is possible to change frequency on the radio from within the Settings window, choosing the different TEST frequencies the radio switches to that. However it seems impossible to change frequency from the main VarAC window. Does anyone have a working set of cat-commands for IC-728. 73/Torbjorn/SM6AYM PS. I have another IC-728 that is is modified to HEX-code 3E and 9600 baud. Using this one all works well with changing frequencies when I choose CAT IC-707.

Is there a way to start VarAC with a specified profile (during start-up), or that it starts with the latest used profile. I can not find anything in the .ini-file that refers to latest used profile. 73/Torbjörn

Hello, VarAC V7.0.8. One update is to be able to connect to the same callsign as you are using, this is a good feature when testing between to nearby computers, and it works fine to establish contact. However it does not work for making a PING, that should be nice to include when testing. 73/Torbjörn/SM6AYM

Using VarAC v6.4.15 with VaraFM. I can not understand how to send a file to someone. The button "SEND FILE" is always grayed out. Yes I have set upp a directory for incoming and outgoing files. I put a file in it but that did not change the button. Is there a specific instruction somewhere how to handle file transfers? 73/Torbjörn/SM6AYM

Is it possible to increase the size, number of letters, in a Broadcast. Seems to be limited to 91 and 84 when using digipeater?

Will it be possible to implement unicode so that national letters can be use. For example in Sweden we have the letters åäö, ÅÄÖ. 73/Torbjörn/SM6AYM
