Just clarifying that you can not send a Broadcast out using a digi of callsign-4? We have a VARA FM network here in our county with 3 standalone digi's, we can't use them for broadcasts? Glenn/N3MEL

Any thoughts on having just a few html forms like ICS-213 for some local ECOMMS?
