I have the same issue. It apears that this version is being installed in a new location (C:\Program Files (×86)\ VarAC\) versus the older c:\VARAC\. I tried to remedy this by re-installing as administrator. I can see the issue being logged onscreen when I go into the adanced mode. I noticed this when I failed to establish kilometers in the PSK custom map. I had to update the VARAC.ini file manually.
