Good morning, Andreas. Are you using Vara HF or Vara FM. You don't mention this in your post. If you use the wrong "modem" or RA board, you get the same weird readings and has nothing to do with the FT991. There will be an indication however in the S/N gauge read out if you are in the wrong mode. Hopefully, this solves your problem. Succes.

Hi Paul a.o, I have read your comment and i made a backup of the files involved, thanks for the suggestion. Then i started the download and installation. By then i read the components list of the files to be renewed or not. It is self-explaining. Use VarAC on two computers so updates without problems are most welcomed. Irad's suggestion to check or not the files to be overwritten in a pop-up is welcome and handy.

Location here is JO22 in EU and in FT8 i can make calls with CA in the EU late evening wich is in the morning your time. Worth a try here to see what the outcome is. Hi Irad, i thought this would be the answer but i know primarily it is a chat app. But sometimes it is handy to have a printing possibility at hand, but Ctrl + Alt and P is not the genuine answer since it is extremely basic to say the least and the selected standard printer brings more opportunities to improve the printing quality.
