I have my home station on 40m VarAC. I'm travelling and have 2 POTA rigs I'm going to be using. Then I thought why not try to VarAC with myself. Before I put any effort into this does anyone know if this will work? Obviously same callsign on both ends. Is there an SSID concept I'm missing?

VarAC v6.4.15 with Vara HF v4.6.9. I went on vacation and left my HF station running (IC-7300) VarAC for one of my ARES members to play around with it. Abruptly, one day he could not connect to my station. I got home last night and found the following in the VarAC logs. I can see VarAC shutting down but I do not know why it decided to shut down. I checked the Windows logs and the machine was running the entire time. No reboots or Windows Updates and the Windows security log is logging something almost every minute through this shut down through to today. Is it possible to get more log data on why VarAC is shutting down without enabling debug logging?
