Will it be possible to enter a travel callsign when operating from another country like if I was operating from Spain I could enter EA/GW4OZU or France F/GW4OZU. I don’t know if the software would allow this. Peter GW4OZU

Have you given any thought to allowing the entry of travel callsigns for operating from other countries. If I wanted to operate varAC from say Spain I could enter my callsign as EA/GW4OZU or from France as F/GW4OZU etc I haven’t tried it as I don’t know if it would work. Peter GW4OZU

Hi Irad, I think you were/are working on a mailbox facility for varAC and thought it would be great to add the ability to allow the received/sent messages to be sent to a printer. It could then be used to record the messages in an Emmcom situation or simply printed for filing in the case of say some useful antenna measurement or greeting message (maybe one day from the ISS) Peter GW4OZU

Is there anymore news on varAC with vara FM ? I know your busy but I wasn’t sure if you made any progress. We are all very impressed with varAC so far and I agree with others that would like a spell checker as my spelling when typing quickly is not good.

Will it be possible to use varAC with vara FM in the future as the beaconing facility would be a great way to check propagation paths at 2m vhf. GW4OZU
