WHAT ARE THE SUGGESTED FREQUENCIES FOR VARA CHAT ? TIA, Pedro KB6DKK

Could somebody help me with a more step by step instructions to upgrade VarAc to a new version. I have done all the upgrades, but each time I have to re input all the information on the canned messages. I have read the note bellow, but do not understand how to follow it in my Windows 10 computer. Important note: if you upgrade from an older version then: 1. Download the VarAC Zip file. 2. Unpack to a temporary directory. 3. Copy ONLY the VarAC.exe file to your existing VarAC installation directory.
