I still do not understand . When you say copy the VarAc.exe file from the zip file, do you unzip it first , then copy it to the VarAc forlder, then erase the old VarAc.exe file ? Have try to figure this for a while. I still have to do a full install every time I upgrade. Thank you , Pete
