FT991A frequency shift

Since the last release I've a problem with the Freq. busy indicator always on.
I'm aware that this comes from the frequency shift visible on the VARA modem screen
(see screenshot). I'm able to center the noise signal only by shifting the filter in the M-List menu
via the "shift" to the left of the "Width" function by 500Hz. The shown width is 500Hz, so I've to shift to -500 to have the signal centered.
I've tried all possible setups with the rig in the USB-D mode but to no avail.
My question : Is there any other settting in the menu setup I could use ?

A post from HB9FIH mentions that also with the shifts to 1500Hz. Other Yaesu's have the same issue but the menu items are slightly named differently.
